Before opening a support ticket, remember that VPS is unmanaged by default, which means we can only assist with issues related to server resources. We do not provide support for tasks like installing WordPress, setting up FTP servers, configuring control panels, installing SSL certificates, or anything else inside the VPS. For these kinds of tasks, you need to have the necessary skills, hire a system administrator, or sign up for a support contract (SLA) with us.

Keep in mind that if you choose a VPS, you're responsible for managing the server and are expected to manage everything on your own. If you need included support for server administration or don’t have the required skills, we recommend exploring our managed solutions like a web hosting package instead. If you weren’t aware of this and would prefer a managed solution, you can open a support case under the billing category and request a refund.
